K: bmw tisa pidurite kohta

kas keegi on kuulnud või teab mingit linki kust saaks infot 1800 tisa-l kasutatud taga ketaspidurite kohta ehk väidetavalt oli osadel neid kasutatud, aga mida ja mis võiksid olla nende varuosa koodid, info puudub.Kas keegi on juhtunud peale, mida seal kasutati, väidetavalt olla osadel olnud taga kettad.
Mul on plaan e6 ketaspidurid taha orgunnida, kuid enne kui hakata aretama, oleks hea teada mida seal origin. kasutati, realom ei näe seal kettaid, võta või 2002 turbo ja UM-i vist on ka selle jutuga mõttetu tüütada.

Aga äkki paned üldse e21'e tagasilla? Oleks juppide hankimine oluliselt lihtsam ja ka ketaspidurid tulevad 323'e sillaga kenasti kaasa.

kartus aretamise suunas minna on olemas, aga uurin ka siiski orika võimalusi, sama teema on amortidega, kuna kataloogi järgsed ei vasta soovile peab ka vist e30 omadest aretama hakkama, aga kuna aega on siis igasugune info on teretulnud, lisaks puudub ka adekvaatne info aretuste kohta.

Miks see tagasild peab sul ketaspiduritega olema? Kas on plaan mootor väga kurjaks ajada? Kuna tehasest tuli ka 2002turbo tagumiste trummelpiduritega, siis ma ei näe pointi sellistel aretustel.

lisaks on elu minule õpetanud, et trummelpidur on 1) lihtsam 2) kohati töökindlam (näiteks käsipidur)

kurjaks on plaan jah ajada, võibolla jätan trumlid, kui ketaste aretus liiga keeruliseks läheb, seepärast sondeerin pinda, huvitab mis kettaid seal tisa-l kasutati, nõ. üksühele ketta kruvimine oleks ju väga lihtne.

Oled võibolla oma küsimusele juba ammu vastuse saanud aga kuna juhtusin lugema ühest teisest foorumist TI/SA kohta, siis postitan siia ka erinevused 1800 TI/SA vs TI. Siit paistab, et taga kasutati tehase poolt ikkagi trumleid. IIRC oli 2000CS -l tagasild ketaspiduritega ja võibolla on seda sinna alla aretatud, või siis e9 oma.
1800 Ti/SA were built between February and June 1965 in a limited run of only 200 cars. They were purpose built Homologation (racing) specials built with (in comparison to an 1800 Ti)... And only sold to those who held competition racing licenses.

-There it undoubtedly more, but this is what I can remember "off the cuff".

Group 11 Engine
-Higher performance engine, in street trim 130hp and full racing trim 170hp consisting of...
-TISA1 designated cylinder head with larger intake ports (like that of later 121 heads)
-Larger intake and exhaust valves
-300 or optional 324 degree camshaft
-Different combustion chamber
-Pistons matching the new chambers in either 10.5:1 or 11.5:1 compression
-Fully counterweighted crankshaft, (a first for BMW M10 engines)

Group 12 Engine Electrical System
-I believe the only change here was a distributor with a proprietary ignition curve

Group 13 Fuel Preparation System
-TISA1 intake manifolds Weber 45 DCOE15/16 carburetors (only BMW factory equipped with Webers)

Group 16 Fuel Delivery
-optional 105 liter fuel tank

Group 17 Radiator
-I don't believe there were any changes here

Group 18 Exhaust
-I believe the only changes here were optional racing mufflers, I do not recall if headers were optional equipment

Group 21 Clutch
-I do not recall any changes here

Group 23 Manual Transmission
-5-Speed close ratio (dog leg) transmission built by Coletti? (Standard on TiSA but optional on all other NK's as well)
-Shift knob with close ratio gear pattern (only factory equipped CR trans BMWs came with this knob including 2002Turbo)

Group 26 Driveshaft
-Proper length shaft for CR trans....

Group 31 Front Axle, 32 Steering, 34 Rear Axle
-Heavier duty front tension strut bushings (same as 2002 Turbo)
-Koni struts and shocks
-Heavier duty springs front and rear (color tags?)
-Larger stabilizer bars front and rear... (size?)
-Quick ratio steering gear 12.8:1 (optional on all other NK's as well)
-Wood steering wheel made by? (Looks similar to Nardi but told made in England)
-Standard 4.11:1 rear differential with optional ZF Limited Slip and many many ratios including 5.86:1 for hillclimbs

Group 34 Brakes
-Larger front disks and calipers (as used later on 2000 and 2000Ti)
-Larger brake master cylinder (as used on later 2000 sedans etc.)
-Larger 17mm rear wheel cylinders (as used later on 2000 and 2000 Ti)

Group 35 Pedals
-No changes here

Group 36 Wheels
-14x6 wheels with larger tires (size?)

Group 41 Bodywork
-I have been told that TiSA's weighed less than standard 1800 Ti's but do not know by how much or what was done to do so

Group 51 Vehicle Trim
-All external trim and badges were same as 1800Ti

Group 52 Seats
-Restall Masterfit Seats fitted (optional on all other NK's of the time and later as well)

Group 54 Sunroof
-I do not believe sunroofs were available on TiSA's (though I have seen a '65 1800Ti with one)

Group 61 Vehicle electrical system
-I do not believe there were and changes from standard 1800Ti equipment

Group 62 Instruments
-Larger Tachometer with adjustable redline needle (I believe the only BMW offered as such)
-Tach pod which stood tach roughly 8cm closer to driver
-shade hood for tach
-correct length fuel level sender for optional 105 liter tank

Group --
-I believe all the rest is the same as 1800 Ti

Aja kõigepealt see mootor kurjaks. Tagumiste pidurite kasutegur on üldiselt väga väike, nende kurjemaks ajamine peaks toimuma siis kui mootor, vedrustus ja esipidurid on juba kurjaks aetud.
